KCRFC's Winter AGM was held Friday February 20, 2009.  Annual elections were held.  Club Officers are as follows:

Greg West -  President
Harry Kuan - VP Rugby Operations
Eric Carrell - Manager Match Day Operations
Jason Kanak - VP Club Development
Chris Knowles - Manager Finance
Paul Snider - VP Data and Communications
Cameron Loechl - Manager Newsletter and Member Data

The Club elected two new Directors to the Board:
Andy Dujakovich and Rick Houghtlin

An amendment to the Bylaws was passed - the amendment included adjustments to the Club organizational structure, and movement of the annual elections to the Fall AGM consistent with the competitive cycle, the HOA elections and the budget cycle.

Sandy Nagashineh was made an honorary member. Sandy has consistently supported the club as Brandon Nagashineh's mother, always-present spectator, and travel coordinator arranging airline seats, hotel reservations and dinner plans.  Thank you Sandy for your continuing support!
