HEAD COACH - PAT CLIFTON
Pat played in Kansas City and Coached the Shawnee Mission SW Cougars before taking his coaching talents to D1AA Lindenwood Bellville - where he started the Rugby program and leading them to great success.
When Pat returned to KC we couldn't pass up the opportunity to have him back in the fold at KCRFC. His coaching has been the life blood in the past few years, turning the club around.
Encouraging emerging players into starting rolls, re-igniting the fire in older players, and bringing in recruits to bolster the side. City has had a wildly successful record since Pat took over with wins over huge clubs, and eyes on the National Championship.

ASSISTANT COACH - MIKE LYNCH
Mike Lynch joined the staff midway through last season and returns for his first full campaign, coaching the backs and coordinating the team's attack. Lynch picked up the game at the University of Central Missouri before playing briefly with City after graduation. He spent several seasons as head coach of the Winnetonka boys and S.N.O.W. girls high school programs, and he is an alumnus of the Premiership Rugby Coaching Scholarship, as part of a select group of Americans to get on-the-ground training from the top professional coaches in England.
ASSISTANT COACH - Andy Dujakovich
Andy Dujakovich joins the XVs staff on the heels of the most successful 7s season in recent memory. The KCRFC Hall of Famer and former captain led the Reds to 2 championships, 1 second-place and two semifinal finishes with an 18-5-1 record as head coach of the 7s team this summer. Andy is a United States Eagle, having played for the senior national team at the 1993 Rugby World Cup 7s.

Mark is a former USA eagle and stand-out KC player.
He is a City Manager for Lee's Summit & a great forward-thinking leader.
BRIAN CICHELLO
VP- RUGBY OPERATIONS
Brian is a long-time player and heavily involved in KCRFC's recent success.
He is a Project Manager for Clarkson Construction and has re-vitalized our mass-communication and dues contributors.
SEAN PICKETT
VP- CLUB DEVELOPMENT
Sean has played for KC for many many years, and as recently as 2020 featured in the 1st XV side.
He is an Attorney with vast experience and connections, making his network a valuable resource to City's future.
WILL TAYLOR
VP- COMMUNICATIONS
Will has played for City since 2012. And served on the board for 3 years.
He manages the website, merchandise, and other relationships for the club.
JAKE GASTON CPA
MANAGER FINANCE
An alumnus of UMKC Rugby, Jake has been with City since 2019 and immediately became an active member of our club on and off the field.
Jake's Master's in Accounting and background in FinTech make him a great resource to manage the club financial path.
